🔹 Renova Invest – Lead qualification chatbot
Challenge:
The lead capture process was manual and limited to basic contact info (name, email, and phone), making it difficult for the sales team to personalize their outreach.
Solution:
I developed a lead qualification chatbot using Zoho SalesIQ and Deluge, allowing the collection of detailed insights such as investment goals, financial profile, and lead intent.
Results:
- Automatic routing of leads to the right sales advisor based on profile
- More tailored and consultative sales approach
- Faster response time from lead capture to follow-up
🔹 Usesol – Solar proposal generation app
Challenge:
The sales team conducted on-site visits and collected data manually on paper or notes, generating proposals later in Word or Excel, often days after the visit.
Solution:
I built a custom Zoho Creator app to centralize data collection and automate technical calculations. The app allowed reps to generate and present proposals in real time during the visit.
Results:
- Removed manual steps and reduced errors
- Enabled instant proposal generation
- Increased conversion rates through speed and professionalism
