As the founder of Upscale, I led the design and implementation of CRM solutions, process automation, and sales enablement for various clients across different industries. My role combined technical execution with strategic consulting to support scalable B2B growth.
🔹 Vetrade – Vehicle tracking company
Overview:
End-to-end CRM optimization across sales, operations, and marketing.
Key Deliverables:
- Redesigned lead management and qualification flows in the CRM
- Implemented post-sale workflows including NPS satisfaction surveys
- Built a custom service order automation process that replaced manual Word documents
- Delivered real-time dashboards in Zoho Analytics for sales reps and leadership
